SUPERDIETA id="red">id="size3">

 

Regimul are urmatoarele scheme:

 

Schema

In functie de surplusul existent, schema A garanteaza 5-8%, iar schema B 10-12% scadere in greutate.

Pentru a obtine o pierdere in greutate mai mare, schemele se vor repeta, dupa cum urmeaza:

Schema A: se poate repeta de cel mult 3 ori pe an, la un interval de 4-6 saptamani;

Schema B: se poate repeta de cel mult 2 ori pe an, la un interval de 6-10 saptamani.

 

Mecanismul de actiune:

Regimul se bazeaza pe teoria conform careia organismul isi creeaza un echilibru propriu prin obisnuinta.

Practic, daca este supra-alimentat in mod consecvent, organismul isi regleaza necesarul alimentar la nivelul dobandit prin supra-alimentatie, astfel ca acesta consuma in mod real necesarul fiziologic si stocheaza surplusul, generand obezitatea.

Regimul actioneaza astfel incat, in perioada I desfiinteaza echilibrul existent, in perioada a II-a coboara nivelul necesarului alimentar, iar in perioada a III-a stabilizeaza necesarul de echilibru la noul nivel creat.

 

Reguli obligatorii:

In toate perioadele, dimineata, cu o jumatate de ora inainte de masa, se va bea o jumatate de litru de apa!

Cantarirea se va face obligatoriu o singura data pe zi, dimineata, pe stomacul gol, complet dezbracata.

Rezultatul cantaririi se va trece zilnic pe un grafic.

 

Alimentatia:

Atentie: cafeaua si alcoolul sunt inductori de foame! Se vor reduce cat mai mult.

 

Perioada I- 1 saptamana A/ 2 sapt. B

 

Alimente interzise:

Zahar, miere, alcool, fainoase (paine de orice fel, paste, cereale etc.), lactate, grasimi animale de orice fel, carne de porc, vita si pui, cartofi, fasole, mazare, linte, soia, banane, pepene verde, piersici, nectarine si alte fructe cu continut mare de zaharuri;

 

Alimente recomandate:

varza, broccoli, conopida, salata, castraveti, lamai, portocale, grapefruit, mere, telina, morcov, masline, ciuperci, porumb, rosii, ardei;

 

Alimente exceptionale:

Alimente exceptionale:

carne de pui, branzeturi cu continut scazut de grasimi, cereale, margarina (100%vegetala), ulei fara colesterol.

Reguli de alimentatie:

 

 

Alimentele recomandate se vor consuma in orice cantitate si in oricate reprize se simte nevoia;

Alimentele exceptionale se vor introduce doar daca se simte nevoia, insa in cantitati ponderate;

Alimentele interzise nu se vor consuma decat in cazuri exceptionale;

Se pot consuma sau evita si alte alimente prin analogie (similitudine) cu cele din grupele prezentate.

 

 

 

 

Ideea curei e urmatoarea: pe de o parte, noi ne ingrasam datorita obiceiurilor culinare; pe de alta parte, senzatia de foame pe care o ai nu reprezinta necesarul caloric al organismului, ci necesarul habitual (cum esti obisnuit sa mananci). Asadar, daca tu mananci 5 pizza pe zi timp de o luna, chiar daca ti-ar ajunge 1 sau 2, dupa aceea ti-e foame de 5!

 

Cura de slabire este impartita in trei module: primul in care iti sparge tiparele culinare, cel de-al doilea in care organismul isi gaseste necesarul caloric, iar cea de-a treia (cea mai lunga) de fixare. Exista doua variante, cea de o luna si jumatate, in care dai jos 8-12 kilograme(depinde cate ai) si cea de trei luni, unde dublezi fiecare perioada si dai jos 18-22.

 

In prima perioada, de 7 zile: mananci numai legume si fructe, oricate, oricand. Evident, nu mazare, fasole, cartofi.

Iar fructe inseamna mere, grapefruit, portocale, nu pere, struguri, banane sau alte„dulceturi”.

 

In cea de-a doua perioada, de 14 zile, poti adauga lapte degresat, oua si peste.

 

In cea de-a treia perioada, de 21 zile, adauga cereale, carne de pui, branzeturi degresate.

 

Nu e bine sa bei alcool sau cafea, acestia fiind inductori de foame.

 

Inca ceva: dupa doua trei zile se produc urmatoarele doua lucruri:

NU MAI POFTESTI, nu-ti mai e foame in disperare, ca la inceputul oricarei cure, poate si pentru ca mananci la discretie.

Iar cel de-al doilea aspect este ca te simti extraordinar de plin de vitalitate.

 

Cheia acestei cure este ca, pe toata durata ei (si daca poti si dupa aceea, cu atat mai bine!) TREBUIE, pe stomacul gol, sa bei jumatate de litru de apa (sau ceai), dupa care astepti jumatate de ora inainte de a manca.

Fara asta nu va apucati, nu merita!

 

 

Lichide multe, cat de multe.

In orice cura trebuie baute multe lichide, nu numai pentru potentarea efectului, ci si pentru ca rinichii sunt foarte solicitati in cazul schimbarilor alimentare.

[pofta] Conopida la cuptor cu putin suc de rosii si felii de usturoi, si ulei masline

[pofta] Fasole verde fiarta cu putin usturoi sau cu praf de usturoi

[pofta] Salata de morcov si telina

Vreo 6 morcovi medii dati pe razatoate, 2 ardei grasi de diferite

culori (pt aspect) taiati cubuletze si 2 bete de telina verde, nu

radacinoasa, taiata cubuletze mici, mici. Si o jumatate de ceapa

rosie taiata cubulezte mici. Le amestecati bine si le lasati la

frigider ca trebuie sa isi ia gustul una de la alta ca sa fie bun.

Puneti piper sare dupa gust si papati. Normal reteta se face si cu

un pic de maioneza light dar nu cred ca e permisa oricum mie mi se

pare excelenta am papat salatat din asta de multe ori si ramane

preferata mea. Si maioneza daca veti pune sa fie numai o

linguritza f putin cat sa le lege. Nu folositi ceapa alba ca sa

stiti ca nu mai are acelasi gust.

[pofta] Crema de broccoli

Apa, brocoli, morcov, ardei si putin ulei de masline se paseaza si

gata crema.

[pofta] Legume mexicane cu sos salsa

Legume congelate (amestec cu broccoli, conopida, ardel gras, morcov, porumb) puse in tigaie de teflon si calite oleaca asa pe uscat si peste ele se toarna un sos salsa facut din conserva de rosii, piper, sare si niste ardel iute taiat mic mic, toate fierte la foc mic si aruncate peste legume.

[pofta] Ciupercutze cu legume mexicane

Niste ciuperci din alea mai mari ca palma curatate bine si lasate intregi puse intr-o oala din aia cu capac speciala de pus la cuptor, in engleza ii zice roaster in romaneste nu imi aduc aminte, si pe langa un amestec din asta de legume congelate ( amestec cu broccoli, conopida, ardel gras, morcov, porumb)lasate putin in apa fierbinte sa se inmoaie si puse peste ciuperci in oala si pe deasupra pus un sos din usturoi pisat cu putin ulei si multe condimente si lasat la cuptor.

- telina rasa marunt

- ceva broccoli (facuti la steamer) taiati mai mari

- porumb dulce de la cutie

- ton de la o conserva (scurs bine)

- patrunjel si marar proaspat tocat

- sosul meu de rosii (sucul de la 1 lamiie mare in care am pus citeva lingurite pline cu pasta de tomate)

- condimente din plin (tarhon,rozmarin,ghimber,busuioc,chimen)

[pofta] Salata de ton cu telina si morcov

- o telina rasa marunt

- un morcov ras

- citiva gogosari (in otet) tocati nu foarte marunt

- citiva castraveciori (in otet) tocati nu foarte marunt

- ton de la o conserva (scurs bine)

- patrunjel si marar proaspat tocat

- sosul meu de rosii (sucul de la 1 lamiie mare in care am pus citeva lingurite pline cu pasta de tomate)

- condimente din plin (tarhon,rozmarin,ghimber,busuioc,chimen)

Un manunchi de broccoli pus la fiert,doar buchetelele taiate,

in putina apa, cat sa le acopere, fierte cam 10 minute.

Concomitent caliti 2-3 fire de ceapa verde cu 2-3 catei de usturoi,dar fara ulei!

Se adauga ceapa si usturoiul peste broccoli si apoi se pune sosul de rosii.

Puteti sa puneti si rosii proaspete.

Se fierbe in continuare 10 min.Se adauga patrunjel tocat marunt.

Sa nu puneti prea multa apa sau un sos de rosii prea diluat ca o sa iasa prea zemos!

Se poate adauga si ardei, dovlecei, masline.Fiecare cu ce are prin frigider.

Se pune sos de soia,coriandru si lamiie .

Eu am mai pus de un ceai ca de cafea e cam tarziu dar daca ma serviti voi nu refuz.

 

Lidia lasa ca facem amandoua maine si terminam tot.

Am revenit la "sentimente" mai bune, pe Dc chiar nu am de ce sa ma "supar", mi-a fost alaturi in ultimii 3 ani jumatate.

Am decis sa nu mai mai arat nici o poza-nici de-a copiilor, nici de-a mea,postez ce am de spus si atat.

M-am tinut de dieta, se simte bine, am schimbat deja o marime de blugi, ma simt mult mai bine si increzatoare.Maine merg la biserica sa ma marturisesc, sper sa primesc binecuvantare si sa ma si impartasesc.De Paste suntem acasa la mama mea, am rugat-o sa imi faca doar mie pui la cuptor si salata, o s-o comit si cu nitel tort[:I], dar am scos oricum multe din alimentatie.Chiar daca se "termina" dieta eu voi continua sa am grija si simt eu ca pana in Septembrie se retrag si oasele..[:I]

 

Maine la pranz spun ce greutate am[:)]
